Technical Customer Success Manager APAC

Join Aikido Security as a Technical Customer Success Manager supporting the Asia-Pacific region. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to drive customer success and retention for a leading developer-focused security platform.

Position Summary

You'll serve as a strategic advocate for our APAC customers, helping them realize measurable value from Aikido's platform while building lasting relationships that support retention and expansion. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to deepen product engagement, resolving implementation challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor to customer teams navigating their security transformation. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly influence customer outcomes and contribute to Aikido's growing presence across the region.

Core Duties

• Proactively identify and engage with customers showing reduced engagement to prevent churn and restore value realization.
• Work with customer teams to accelerate adoption of Aikido's platform capabilities and integrate security into their development workflow.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow-related issues, providing solutions directly or routing complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
• Lead implementation and deployment activities for newly onboarded customers, ensuring smooth setup and early success.
• Conduct training workshops and educational sessions tailored to customer team needs and technical proficiency levels.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage patterns, and feature requests to inform product strategy and development priorities.
