Your Responsibilities
- Process event registrations, ticket purchases, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently

- Manage cancellations, refunds, and registration modifications
- Maintain accurate records of attendee data and registration activity
- Coordinate with internal event teams to ensure attendee needs are met
- Document and resolve customer concerns to improve service quality
