Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical services organization seeking an Associate Case Processing Manager to lead pharmacovigilance operations in Serbia. This is a line management position where you'll oversee individual case safety report (ICSR) workflows and guide a team of safety professionals supporting clinical trial programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ICSR management team for assigned projects, functioning as Team Leader
• Distribute tasks appropriately and oversee workflow processes across your team
• Ensure effective cooperation with end clients in the area of ICSR management
• Line manage assigned pharmacovigilance staff, including performance oversight and development
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Optimize procedures, coordinate trainings, and implement actions to increase team efficiency
• Propose process improvements to senior operational leadership
• Manage ICSR deviations with support from operational leads
• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy
• Participate in ICSR processing and conduct second-level quality control of cases
• Serve as subject matter expert for your assigned team and support other SMEs
• Support additional activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of clients

What We're Looking For

• Life science degree (pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification) or equivalent pharmacovigilance experience
• Extensive pharmacovigilance experience with demonstrated line management responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proven delegation capabilities
• Solid planning and time management skills
• Technical proficiency relevant to safety case processing
• Collaborative team-working approach
