Account Executive

Join Xplor as an Account Executive in a full-time, remote position supporting our San Marcos, TX operations. We're looking for a driven sales professional to grow our merchant and activation business, partnering with customers to drive growth through our innovative solutions.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle for our merchant and activation products—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Working remotely from the San Marcos area, you'll build your own territory, manage a pipeline of high-potential opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams. This is an ideal role for a self-directed sales professional who thrives on independence and wants to make a tangible impact on growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop leads in your assigned territory to build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Conduct product demos and present compelling business cases tailored to each prospect's needs
• Negotiate contracts, manage the sales process through closure, and drive revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
• Work with our customer success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts using our CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in direct sales with a history of closing deals and achieving targets
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
• Self-motivation and discipline to manage your own territory and schedule in a remote environment
• Experience in merchant services, SaaS, or B2B sales is valued
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard sales tools
• Resilience, tenacity, and ability to handle objections and navigate complex sales cycles
