Atlassian Senior Consultant – Cloud Practice

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise consulting organization that specializes in workplace transformation and collaboration technology. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join their UK-based Cloud practice in a remote capacity.

This is a strategic role where you'll lead complex Cloud implementations, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor consulting teams while driving excellence across client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for client organizations
• Advise senior stakeholders on Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps
• Design tailored solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Oversee delivery of complex or cross-functional projects, ensuring quality and consistency
• Act as technical lead on strategic implementations when required
• Produce and review key deliverables with clear progress reporting
• Mentor consultants and support their technical and professional development
• Contribute to onboarding and enablement of new team members
• Serve as a reference point for best practices, methodologies, and consulting standards
• Collaborate with delivery managers, practice leads, and sales teams
• Support complex presales activities including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects
• Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
• Fluent in English
