Customer Support (m/w/d) – Pflegesoftware

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare software organization seeking a Customer Support professional in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers with technical and application-related questions via phone and email
• Receive support requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, analyze issues, and provide fast, understandable solutions
• Document requests and solutions carefully in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex cases to 2nd level support or specialized departments
• Provide structured customer feedback to the product team to support continuous software improvement
• Contribute to the development of help materials such as knowledge base articles, tutorials, and FAQs

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in telephone customer support, ideally in an IT or software environment
• Completed vocational training or degree with technical or commercial focus, or comparable qualification
• Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to remain friendly and composed in stressful situations
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system, particularly in nursing care, as well as billing or industry-specific software is a clear advantage
