About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cooperative housing organization in Dresden, seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist or Team Lead for internal audit report review. This role combines analytical precision with systematic quality control in a professional auditing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and substantive review of audit reports, ensuring numerical consistency, content plausibility, and linguistic accuracy
• Verify formal and technical correctness as well as completeness of all reports against internal quality standards and deadlines
• Review tables and text for mathematical and orthographic accuracy
• Identify potential accounting errors and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain, prepare, and finalize report files for distribution
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the internal quality assurance system in compliance with statutory audit requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience conducting financial statement audits
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Understanding of financial accounting and tax-related contexts
• Ideally, familiarity with the real estate or property management sector
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
• High degree of discretion and trustworthiness
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfort with standard video conferencing tools
• German language proficiency required for report review and documentation
