Sales Manager Cybersecurity (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their growth phase across Germany. In this Sales Manager role, you will take ownership of positioning and selling a comprehensive security and cloud networking portfolio. Your primary focus will be winning new customers and building strategic partnerships.

• Conduct direct customer engagement through independently scheduled meetings, delivering compelling presentations of our client's portfolio and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
• Master the art of pitching complex security and networking solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
• Drive business development by actively expanding your customer base, identifying opportunities, conducting initial discussions, and developing long-term partnerships
• Represent the full portfolio from network infrastructure to cybersecurity solutions, collaborating closely with pre-sales teams to develop customer-specific solutions
• Own the entire sales cycle from qualification through close, delivering measurable revenue and margin results
• Execute hunter-style prospecting including cold calling and securing first meetings with new accounts
• Travel regularly throughout your territory to build relationships through face-to-face customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Proven hunter mentality with persistence in new business acquisition and genuine enthusiasm for winning new customers
• Strong presentation and pitching skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content and advance customer decision-making processes
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer meetings, building long-term relationships through personal engagement
• Foundational knowledge in IT security, particularly SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions, or clear commitment to rapidly develop expertise in these areas
• Self-starter with drive, solution-oriented approach, and the determination needed to achieve ambitious targets
• Team player who leverages pre-sales, service, and partner expertise while combining it with your sales talent for maximum impact
• Based in Germany with ability to maintain regular presence at the Frankfurt am Main office
• German language proficiency required for this market
