We are representing a confidential retail client in Plauen, Sachsen, Germany, who is opening a new fashion store and seeking a motivated working student (Werkstudent) to join their sales team. Our client operates in the fashion and apparel sector, offering contemporary styles and trend-focused collections.

This is an excellent opportunity for a university student who is passionate about fashion, enjoys working with people, and wants hands-on retail experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Active sales and outfit consultation with customers
• Cash register management and transaction processing
• Receiving and checking merchandise deliveries
• Restocking and organizing products on the sales floor
• Supporting inventory counts
• Assisting with visual merchandising and product presentation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university
• At least 18 years of age
• Availability to work on Saturdays
• Passion for fashion with a strong sense of current trends
• Motivation and eagerness to learn
• Customer-focused mindset and creativity
