Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction firm seeking a skilled Masonry Foreman to join their team in Osterburg, Germany. In this role, you will:
- Execute masonry work including concrete and reinforced concrete construction in high-rise building projects
- Lay and construct masonry structures to specification
- Support site management in leading and instructing construction personnel
- Assist with measurements and comprehensive site documentation
- Ensure economical use of materials, machinery, and equipment
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a mason, construction specialist, concrete worker, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a skilled worker or foreman
- Completed foreman training preferred, or willingness to complete certification through appropriate courses
- Secure German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Valid Class B driving license
- Reliability, dedication, and strong motivation
- Flexibility and team-oriented approach
