Sr Enterprise Account Exec, Cybersecurity (SLED)

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on Cybersecurity for our State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets. This is a full-time, remote sales leadership role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that offers the opportunity to drive enterprise transformation through strategic security solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Cybersecurity SLED, you'll own enterprise relationships with state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions across our territory. This role represents a critical leadership position in a market experiencing unprecedented demand for integrated security and compliance solutions. You'll work with executive stakeholders to identify comprehensive digital security strategies that address evolving threats and regulatory requirements unique to the public sector.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with C-suite and departmental leaders at state agencies, municipal governments, and educational systems
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, budget cycles, and compliance considerations specific to public-sector procurement
• Develop and execute account expansion strategies to increase platform adoption and uncover cross-departmental opportunities within existing customer organizations
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and ServiceNow delivery teams to design security-focused implementations that meet SLED regulatory and operational requirements
• Exceed annual revenue targets through a combination of new enterprise logos and significant growth within established accounts
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends, SLED procurement regulations, and public-sector digital transformation initiatives to position ServiceNow strategically

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling to large government or public-sector organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance (such as NIST, CJIS, or HIPAA), or security solutions sales
• Track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales processes with significant contract values
• Deep knowledge of state, local, and education (SLED) market dynamics, procurement processes, and organizational structure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic value to technical and executive audiences
• Strategic account management experience and ability to build long-term executive relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or related field
