Role Overview

You will own and grow enterprise customer relationships within the SLED vertical for ServiceNow's security portfolio. In this strategic account management role, you'll combine high-level account leadership with consultative selling, helping State, Local, and Education customers accelerate their digital security transformation while building sustainable, long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop enterprise accounts within the SLED sector, identifying expansion opportunities and growing account value
  • Create and execute account strategies that align customer security, risk, and compliance priorities with ServiceNow solutions
  • Lead relationship-building with executive stakeholders and decision-makers to understand organizational challenges
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and relationship development in the public sector
  • Partner with sales engineers and solution architects to design customer-specific implementations
  • Achieve revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales with a focus on security, compliance, or risk management solutions
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity market trends and how organizations address evolving threats
  • Experience engaging with State, Local, and Education buyers, or equivalent background in public sector or government sales
  • Consultative selling mindset with ability to map customer business outcomes to technology solutions
  • Skill in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and grow territory revenue
