Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public sector IT services organization in Leipzig seeking an Envelope Insertion Machine Operator. In this role, you will:

• Operate high-volume print processing equipment including envelope insertion and franking machines
• Process mass print jobs and prepare mailings for dispatch
• Monitor machine functions throughout production runs and conduct regular quality control checks
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment
• Work shift patterns as required, including early morning shifts Monday through Saturday
• Serve as a liaison between client requirements and production delivery

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in print finishing or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Ideally, prior experience operating envelope insertion machinery
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work precisely and systematically
• High degree of engagement, initiative, and reliability
• Willingness to work rotating shift patterns on a weekly basis when needed
• Excellent communication skills and very good German language proficiency
• Service-oriented mindset with empathetic and professional demeanor
• Ability to integrate well into an existing team environment
