ServiceNow is hiring a Director of Sales for Cybersecurity to lead enterprise security software sales across Canada, based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Regional Sales Vice President.

About This Position

As Director of Sales for Cybersecurity at ServiceNow, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for building and closing enterprise opportunities in the security platform space. You'll own the strategic direction of the cybersecurity sales practice across Canada, establishing thought leadership in how organizations approach enterprise security through the ServiceNow platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise account executives and sales specialists focused on cybersecurity opportunities
  • Own the complete sales cycle from strategy through close, managing complex enterprise deals and navigating C-level stakeholders
  • Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for security solutions across Canada, with a focus on expanding market share in Toronto and surrounding regions
  • Forecast accurately and drive pipeline development to exceed revenue targets and annual sales quotas
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and customer success to align sales efforts with business priorities and solution positioning
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that unlock new customer segments and expand the security business

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership or management role
  • Proven track record closing large, complex deals ($500K–$5M+) in the software, SaaS, or security software space
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity market dynamics, customer buying processes, and enterprise security priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed quota
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving market and aptitude for continuous learning in the security sector
