Wir suchen derzeit einen Data Architecture Consultant (m/w/d) für den Standort Wiesbaden im hybriden Arbeitsmodell.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Entwicklung von Ziel-Datenarchitekturen und übergreifenden Datenmodellen für komplexe Unternehmensumgebungen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Datenflüssen, Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen
- Entwicklung von Konzepten für Data Governance, Datenqualität und einheitliche Datenstandards
- Beratung bei der Auswahl und Integration neuer Datenbanken, Datenplattformen und Cloud-Lösungen
- Unterstützung von Digitalisierungs- und Migrationsprojekten mit Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern
- Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz-, Datensicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen bei der Gestaltung von Datenarchitekturen
- Wissensaustausch durch Workshops, Coachings und Mentoring
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Optimierung von Datenarchitekturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung, Datenintegration oder Datenmanagement (z.B. Data Warehousing)
- Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien wie Microsoft Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Data Governance, Datenqualitätsstandards sowie Datenschutz- und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in agilen Projektumgebungen
- Reisebereitschaft für nationale Projekteinsätze
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
