About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential agency in the digital communications sector, based in Ostfildern, Germany. Our client has been delivering professional product visualization and digital marketing solutions for over 50 years, serving international automotive and industrial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join their HR team as a Personalreferent (m/w/d) – an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting through interviews to contract preparation
• Optimize existing HR processes and implement new initiatives
• Conduct employee conversations for various occasions and purposes
• Handle payroll activities in collaboration with the accounting department
• Prepare HR-relevant documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or comparable qualification
• Current knowledge of German labor law, tax law, and social security regulations
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Proactive, meticulous, and structured approach to work
• Reliability, discretion, and loyalty
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
