Counter Sales Lead

REXEL is hiring a Counter Sales Lead for our Glenwood Springs, CO location. This is a full-time position where you'll lead customer sales at our branch counter, serving the local electrical and construction professional community.

The Opportunity

Our Glenwood Springs branch is looking for an experienced Counter Sales Lead to drive customer success and branch performance. You'll be the face of REXEL to contractors, electricians, and industry professionals, delivering expert product knowledge and building lasting business relationships. Core Duties

• Manage counter sales operations and lead customer interactions with professionalism and expertise
• Develop and maintain relationships with local contractors and electrical professionals
• Accurately process orders and ensure customer satisfaction with every transaction
• Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to meet customer project needs
• Mentor and support counter team members to maintain service excellence
• Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in counter sales, retail leadership, or customer-facing sales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Competency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management platforms
• Knowledge of electrical products, equipment, and industry practices (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service excellence
