Account Manager

Revalize is hiring a full-time Account Manager for a remote position based in the United States. This is a commission or variable-eligible role where you'll manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth in a technology-focused business.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager at Revalize, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions while identifying opportunities for account expansion. You'll serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your accounts, working cross-functionally to deliver results that matter to your clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete relationship lifecycle for your assigned client portfolio
• Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with product, service delivery, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Monitor account health, proactively manage client satisfaction, and drive retention
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business within your territory
• Track account metrics, manage pipeline activity, and achieve revenue targets
• Stay current on Revalize solutions and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success managing B2B accounts or selling technology solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across client and internal stakeholder groups
• Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable operating under a commission or variable pay structure
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fully remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and capability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously
