Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for key client accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level, developing integrated communication and brand solutions across all relevant advertising materials with a focus on moving image content.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and resources throughout all project phases. You'll identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively drive their development while ensuring the highest standards of consulting, project delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. You will lead pitches, presentations, and client decision-making processes, and continuously optimize processes, structures, and workflows. As a thought partner, you'll contribute to the strategic and cultural development of the agency.

What We're Looking For

• Many years of experience leading complex client relationships, ideally within client services, account management, or project management in an agency environment
• Client-focused mindset with ability to identify opportunities and develop accounts strategically and commercially
• Proven track record leading interdisciplinary teams with confidence, empathy, and clarity
• Experience as a senior advisor and trusted sparring partner for C-level clients
• Ability to maintain oversight in complex situations, set priorities, and make well-informed decisions
• Strong combination of strategic thinking with project management and execution skills
• Structured, proactive, and responsible work style, even under pressure
• Highest level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Confident communication in both German and English, verbally and in writing
• Experience thriving in dynamic agency environments with strong affinity for advertising, moving image, and sports
