Working Student IT Strategy & Governance (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consumer technology organization in Berlin seeking a Working Student for IT Strategy & Governance. In this role, you will support enterprise architects, IT governance analysts, and security managers in defining IT strategy, standards, and frameworks that enable scalable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating system landscapes for strategic alignment and supporting enterprise IT projects
• Maintaining enterprise architecture documentation in LeanIX and related platforms
• Pre-qualifying new software requests and advising cross-functional stakeholders including IT, data teams, procurement, and legal
• Managing the application portfolio including system ownership records, CIA scoring, cost tracking, and usage analytics
• Supporting software license renewal processes by creating and updating renewal plans
• Developing and iterating IT security online training modules for employees
• Contributing to ISO 27001, ITIL, and general compliance initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. You should have a strong interest in IT architecture, enterprise security, and governance standards.

Required qualifications:

• Active student status in a relevant degree program
• Fluent German language skills (English is a plus)
• Familiarity with productivity suites such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Thoughtful approach to modern tools with a "think first, AI second" mindset
