Public Storage is hiring a full-time Customer Service - Self Storage Manager for our Crowley, TX facility. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver exceptional service to customers while overseeing daily operations at one of North America's leading self-storage providers.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager in Crowley, you're the point person for customers renting, managing, or accessing their storage units. You'll combine customer-facing service skills with operational oversight—handling inquiries, processing transactions, managing access, and ensuring every visitor has a professional, welcoming experience. Your focus is customer satisfaction paired with attention to facility management details.

Core Duties

• Welcome and assist customers with rental inquiries, unit selection, and move-in processes
• Process lease agreements, payments, and account updates accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about unit sizes, pricing, access hours, insurance, and facility features
• Monitor facility access, verify customer credentials, and maintain secure entry
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
• Maintain the office and facility in clean, organized condition
• Manage customer records and follow company procedures for documentation and compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, which may include weekends and holiday coverage
• Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale or property management systems (training provided)
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to perform some light physical tasks
• Valid driver's license
