Chief Strategy Officer

We are representing a confidential technology organization building the next generation of intelligent applications. Our client is focused on bringing AI capabilities to billions of users through intuitive, proactive software that requires minimal interaction while delivering reliable, real-world outcomes.

We're seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to own group-level strategy and lead major strategic initiatives across the organization and its portfolio of businesses. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to shape the future direction of a fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own group strategy across existing businesses, new products, and market expansion opportunities
• Evaluate new business opportunities, competitive landscape shifts, and industry trends to recommend investment priorities
• Build comprehensive business cases and financial models for strategic decisions and new opportunities
• Lead strategic initiatives including market entry strategies, partnerships, investments, and merger and acquisition activities where applicable
• Monitor competitive developments and identify both risks and opportunities across the organization
• Own group-level positioning, corporate narratives, and communications for major company milestones and developments
• Partner with business leaders to translate high-level strategy into actionable priorities, investment plans, and execution roadmaps

What We're Looking For

• Proven strategy experience in a technology company, high-growth startup, management consulting, investment firm, or as a founder
• Track record of developing and executing strategies that delivered measurable business outcomes
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with ability to assess markets, businesses, and investment opportunities
• Excellent analytical capabilities with hands-on experience building business cases and financial models
• Outstanding written communication skills and ability to distill complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience with corporate development, investments, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate communications is valuable
• Hands-on operating style—comfortable personally conducting research, analysis, and strategic writing rather than only delegating
