Janitorial Maintenance

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance professional to join our team at our Tucumcari, NM location. This is a part-time position supporting the daily operations of our travel center facility.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our travel center. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe environment for our customers and team members. As part of our operations crew, you'll contribute directly to the customer experience and operational success of our Tucumcari facility.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize customer-facing areas, restrooms, and common spaces throughout the travel center
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain professional appearance standards
• Restock supplies, empty trash receptacles, and dispose of waste properly
• Perform restroom maintenance and deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols and company standards
• Respond to cleaning requests and spills throughout the facility as needed

Who We're Looking For

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Reliable and dependable, with ability to work assigned part-time hours consistently
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment; training is provided
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
