This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate psychiatric care while working within a supportive collaborative practice model.

As a contract psychiatric NP, you will work independently while receiving structured administrative and operational support, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of patients' current mental health status
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient improvement and wellness
• Provide medication management and therapy services for your patient panel
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Make appropriate referrals for additional psychiatric services when clinically indicated
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure positive patient experiences and outcomes
• Serve adult and/or child and adolescent populations based on your clinical expertise

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon PMHNP license and certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner
• Clinical experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Demonstrated competency in both medication management and therapy modalities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently in a remote telehealth environment
• Excellent clinical documentation skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
