Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing global B2B SaaS platform in the nonprofit technology sector. Our client serves enterprise organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe, processing significant transaction volumes monthly for leading international charitable organizations.

This is a high-impact Senior Product Manager role focused on retention, adoption, and expansion growth. You'll own the strategy that turns product activation into sustained customer value and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute retention and expansion strategy, translating business targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap with measurable outcomes
• Lead structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel reviews to diagnose adoption blockers and maintain a validated opportunity backlog
• Own product adoption and expansion initiatives that drive activation, onboarding, discoverability, and monetization across active customers
• Drive cross-functional retention programs in partnership with Product Marketing, Customer Success, GTM, and Product teams
• Define and maintain a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization; make data-driven scale/iterate/stop decisions based on measurable outcomes
• Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization in collaboration with Data and Engineering
• Own key metrics including Average Processing Volume per Active Customer and customer retention rates

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
• Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
• Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
• Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
• Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, Product Marketing, and Product organizations
• Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Fluent English (C1+); Russian language skills beneficial as you'll work with a Russian-speaking team

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a remote position based in Poland, operating on Central European Time (CET). The company is a distributed team of 160+ professionals across Europe and offers co-working reimbursement up to $250 monthly.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €6,200 - €6,700 monthly, determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
