Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and maintain retail displays throughout the travel center to maximize visual appeal and sales
• Organize and rotate inventory, ensuring products are fresh, accessible, and properly positioned for customer discovery
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service and assistance during store operations
• Keep the retail space clean, organized, and compliant with Pilot Company standards
• Support the retail operations team to meet daily performance goals and operational targets
