About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Analyst to drive revenue engine efficiency and predictability. This remote role in the United States will transform complex revenue data into actionable insights for Go-To-Market leadership. You'll be an expert in data modeling, Excel, and BI tools while supporting annual planning, performance measurement, and strategic analysis for executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze core metrics including pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product usage, and ARR trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through cohort, segmentation, and funnel analysis
- Own creation and maintenance of executive-level dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools; produce weekly business reviews, monthly KPI reports, and materials supporting C-level and Board reporting
- Support bookings forecast processes and ensure sales data integrity within CRM systems; maintain and refine predictive models for capacity planning, rep productivity, territory performance, and quota-setting
- Partner with Sales Management, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Product Ops to unify data sources across multiple platforms and ensure consistent reporting standards for end-to-end funnel attribution
- Provide data-driven insights supporting annual and quarterly GTM initiatives, including quota-setting, territory modeling, and headcount planning
- Measure impact of new processes and enablement programs; track KPI performance, identify process breakdowns, and recommend operational improvements
- Respond quickly to high-urgency executive requests with accurate deep dives on win rates, product sales performance, ASP, churn drivers, and strategic topics
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, scenario modeling)
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python)
- Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, pipeline conversion rates)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and present findings to senior leadership
- High attention to detail, comfort working with large datasets, and proven ability to execute quickly in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting sales organizations with complex, multi-product solutions; familiarity with enterprise software or subscription business models; experience with advanced RevTech tools
