As a Bartender at our The Blue Mountains location, you'll be the beating heart of our bar, expertly crafting cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering the warm, attentive service Oliver & Bonacini guests expect. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits with precision and consistency
• Provide knowledgeable, personalized drink recommendations tailored to guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station at all times
• Process transactions and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy
• Build rapport with guests and handle requests with professionalism and warmth
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and responsible liquor service standards
• Work seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid bartending certification or proven bartending experience
• Strong technical knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer selections
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
