Quality Assurance Analyst

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential government contractor seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support a federal Microsoft 365 program. This is a primarily remote position supporting quality control, deliverable review, performance monitoring, and documentation compliance for a large-scale enterprise environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in M365 environments and quality assurance processes to ensure contractor deliverables meet federal standards and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of quality control plans and processes
• Monitor contractor performance against contract requirements, deliverable schedules, and quality standards
• Review deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, technical documentation, and work products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and quality
• Support development and quality review of project management documentation including schedules, transition plans, status reports, and monthly consolidated reports
• Track actions, issues, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, closures, customer feedback, and corrective actions
• Support root cause analysis and tracking for defective, incomplete, late, or nonconforming work products
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure M365 deliverables and documentation align with contract requirements
• Assist with Section 508 accessibility review of deliverables, as applicable
• Maintain objective evidence supporting successful contract performance
• Support bi-weekly and monthly reporting activities

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, IT service delivery, quality assurance, quality control, project controls, or technical documentation in a large corporate or government environment
• Experience reviewing technical deliverables, project documentation, status reports, schedules, risks, and action-item tracking
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune, and related services
• Experience supporting quality control processes, performance metrics, corrective actions, or process improvement
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across multiple deliverables
• Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required IRS security training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal government contracts, quality control plan implementation, or performance-based service contracts
• Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Excel, and document control processes
• Experience with Section 508 documentation review
• Experience supporting M365 governance, compliance, or enterprise reporting
