Regional Sales Manager, New Business Sales team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions

Role Overview

As Regional Sales Manager for the New Business Sales team at LinkedIn Sales Solutions, you'll lead commercial strategy and execution across your territory. You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through contract closure, whilst developing a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities in the LinkedIn Sales Solutions space. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership, giving you direct impact on both personal and organisational goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead prospecting and qualification activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities for LinkedIn Sales Solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle with prospects, including discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closure
• Develop and execute a territory plan that aligns with regional and company objectives
• Coach and mentor sales team members on technique, approach, and deal strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer outcomes
• Analyse sales metrics and forecasting to report on pipeline health and progress toward targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a sales manager or senior salesperson, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or solutions-based sales environments
• Demonstrated success in new business development and closing large-value contracts
• Experience leading and developing sales teams, with strong coaching and communication skills
• Deep understanding of the sales process, forecasting methodologies, and CRM systems
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships and think beyond single transactions
• Fluency in English, with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Dublin area to work on-site
