About This Role
We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking Remote Logistics Coordinators to support freight operations across the United States. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the trucking and logistics industry. You'll serve as a vital communication link between drivers and clients, helping ensure shipments move efficiently nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers and clients to provide real-time updates on loads and shipments
- Manage shipment schedules and monitor on-time delivery performance
- Track, organize, and accurately record shipment information in company systems
- Deliver excellent customer service to carriers and clients throughout the shipping process
- Collaborate with a professional virtual operations team to resolve issues and optimize workflow
