Chief Marketing Officer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Chief Marketing Officer based in the United Kingdom. Our client is building AI-native consumer applications focused on proactive intelligence and real-world task completion. This is a senior leadership role with ownership of customer growth and marketing across multiple consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and marketing efficiency across the product portfolio
• Set channel strategy and budgets based on CAC, LTV, conversion, and incremental returns
• Build and optimize paid acquisition, organic growth, lifecycle, referral, and brand channels
• Collaborate directly with product teams on onboarding, conversion, engagement, and growth loops
• Launch new products and brands and establish their initial acquisition engines
• Develop measurement and experimentation systems to understand growth drivers
• Recruit and develop growth and marketing leaders across business units

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record scaling consumer technology, fintech, or internet products
• Proven experience building brands and executing winning campaigns
• Direct ownership of significant acquisition budgets with measurable customer or revenue growth outcomes
• Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts, retention, and experimentation methodologies
• Strong performance marketing capability combined with solid product judgment
• Ability to diagnose growth problems directly from customer and performance data
• Hands-on operating style with comfort reviewing campaigns, funnels, experiments, and channel performance directly
