The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to take ownership of testing strategy, automation, and quality standards. In this remote senior role, you'll shape how we validate software, mentoring team members and collaborating across engineering disciplines to deliver reliable, user-centric products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, and regression testing
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage
• Identify, document, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment
• Define and track quality metrics to inform release readiness and continuous improvement
• Lead quality discussions with development, product, and operations teams to align on standards
• Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing expertise in testing methodologies and best practices
• Participate in process refinement and contribute to testing infrastructure evolution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices
• Experience with both manual and automated testing across different application types
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate effectively across technical teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
