Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential finance organization in München seeking a working student to support their Finance team with a focus on Accounting and Controlling.
In this role, you will:
- Gain practical experience using modern AI tools to support analyses, reporting, and forecasting processes, helping prepare data-driven decisions more efficiently
- Assist with analyses, reports, and reporting materials in preparation for monthly key performance indicator meetings
- Create outgoing invoices and customer invoices, and handle invoice inquiries and changes as part of receivables management
- Support the recording and booking of incoming invoices, as well as travel expense and credit card reconciliations
- Gain valuable insights into accounts receivable and accounts payable, and potentially participate in payment runs and monthly/annual closings
- Contribute your own ideas for optimizing processes and developing billing-related workflows
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a university with at least 3 semesters remaining, ideally studying Business Administration or a similar field
- Available to work 16-20 hours per week
- Strong numerical aptitude with careful attention to detail, able to maintain overview even with complex tasks
- Interest in analytical tasks and business administration contexts, with enthusiasm for working with numbers
- Quick comprehension and meticulous working style
- Strong communication skills, engaged, and able to work independently
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
