About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential multinational organization in the health and wellness sector. Our client is seeking a Sales and Market Support professional to join their Berlin team and help drive distributor engagement and market expansion across Germany.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, partner relationship management, and local market strategy. You'll work closely with distributors and sales networks to strengthen market presence and identify new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market growth in Germany
- Provide ongoing market support to distributors and sales partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners
- Support the planning and execution of local business development initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to align on market support strategy
- Support distributor onboarding, training, and engagement activities
- Assist in organizing local events, promotions, and business development campaigns
- Track and report on business development activities and market performance
- Support the local team with market research and business planning
- Contribute to the development of local go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development and market support, or a similar role
- Preferably experience within the direct selling or MLM industry
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of distributor networks and the local market environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
