Personalisation Strategy Manager FTC

Greene King is recruiting a Personalisation Strategy Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) to lead our marketing personalisation strategy in a remote, full-time role. Based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, this position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.

What This Role Involves

• Developing and implementing data-driven personalisation strategies that enhance customer engagement across Greene King's marketing channels and touchpoints
• Managing the delivery of bespoke, targeted communications tailored to customer segments, preferences, and behavioural patterns
• Collaborating with marketing, technology, and data teams to identify opportunities for improved customer experience through intelligent personalisation
• Overseeing the testing, measurement, and continuous optimisation of personalisation campaigns to drive business results

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy and execution of personalised customer journeys across digital channels and marketing initiatives
• Translate customer insights and behavioural data into actionable marketing strategies that drive engagement and loyalty
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to establish personalisation roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
• Mentor and guide team members involved in campaign delivery, analysis, and optimisation
• Monitor industry trends and evolving customer expectations to ensure strategies remain competitive and relevant

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in personalisation strategy, customer marketing, or equivalent senior marketing leadership role
• Strong understanding of data analytics, customer segmentation, and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills in a matrix-working environment
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear, measurable personalisation initiatives with demonstrable impact
• Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments with a customer-centric mindset
• Essential knowledge of privacy regulations, GDPR compliance, and ethical data practice
