Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure consistent, attentive service throughout their visit
- Take drink and food orders accurately, communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams
- Prepare and serve beverages to high standards, including soft drinks, beers, wines, and cocktails
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Support bar staff with stock rotation, glassware, and general establishment maintenance
- Comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in hospitality
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and processing payments
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures and licensing requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is valued but not essential
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
