Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Berlin-Mitte seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding their presence across online and offline touchpoints from concept through execution and providing strategic consultation
- Manage diverse projects including 360° campaigns, performance marketing initiatives, and video productions across B2B and B2C segments, both digital and offline
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including concept development, creative, performance marketing, and production, as well as external service providers
- Create and manage project plans and budgets, maintain timelines, and ensure final quality control across all deliverables
- Oversee projects end-to-end using project management tools to ensure smooth workflows and successful delivery
- Adapt to evolving client needs and embrace new challenges as the agency grows
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and project management with agency background
- Strong aptitude for client consultation, project coordination, and strategic thinking
- Structured and solution-oriented approach with analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver results in high-pressure situations
- Native-level German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and modern project management tools
- Excellent communication skills, team player mindset, flexibility, and positive attitude
