About This Position
As a Customer Service Representative with Farm Boy Inc., you'll be the face of our deli and customer service operations in Ottawa. Whether you're assisting at the deli counter, answering questions, or resolving customer concerns, you'll play a key part in building loyalty and satisfaction across our store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Operate deli equipment and prepare products according to company standards
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe deli and customer service area
- Handle payments and transactions with accuracy
