Account Executive with French

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client in their search for an Account Executive with French language skills, based in London. Our client provides sophisticated software solutions that help restaurants and hospitality groups manage guest relationships, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.

As an Account Executive, you'll work directly with hospitality operators to understand their business challenges and recommend technology solutions that address their needs. This is a consultative sales role where you'll manage the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and implementation support. You'll conduct product demonstrations, build strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to restaurants and hospitality groups looking to enhance their operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective restaurants and hospitality businesses
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations both virtually and in person, showcasing how the platform addresses specific client needs
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach through negotiation, contracting, and go-live support
• Present technology solutions to decision-makers at restaurants and hospitality groups, clearly articulating value and ROI
• Collaborate with onboarding and account teams to ensure smooth client transitions and successful implementations
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity in CRM systems
• Travel occasionally to key markets to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality technology sales or B2B SaaS sales
• Fluent French language skills (required)
• Proven ability to present confidently to clients both in person and virtually
• Self-driven with strong independent work capabilities, comfortable in office or remote settings
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex software platforms
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales tools
• Results-oriented approach with consistent energy and focus
• Background in hospitality or restaurant operations is a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
