What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate clearance of shipments
• Maintain detailed records of customs entries and transactions using operational systems
• Liaise with customs authorities, agents, and internal teams to resolve clearance queries and expedite processing
• Monitor shipment status throughout the customs clearance process and escalate issues promptly
• Verify accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, and supporting documentation against customs requirements
• Support smooth daily operations of customs administration during nightshift hours

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in customs administration, brokerage, or import/export operations
