As a full-time member of our testing and laboratory production team, you'll play a critical role in preparing and processing specimens that support our clinical and analytical services.

The Opportunity

Eurofins is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lab Specimen Processor to join our laboratory operations in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you'll ensure specimens are correctly received, logged, and prepared for analysis. You'll work within our quality-driven laboratory environment, where precision and attention to detail directly impact test accuracy and patient care. This position offers a stable, predictable schedule — Tuesday through Saturday — ideal for those seeking consistent, reliable work in a professional laboratory setting.

Core Duties

• Receive incoming laboratory specimens and verify correct labeling and chain of custody documentation
• Process and prepare specimens according to standard laboratory protocols and safety guidelines
• Organize and store specimens under appropriate temperature and environmental conditions
• Perform data entry and specimen tracking within laboratory information systems
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all specimens are logged and accounted for
• Assist laboratory technicians and analysts as needed to support efficient workflow
• Follow strict quality assurance procedures and compliance requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized specimen handling area

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; laboratory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
