The Opportunity

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in St. Louis. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex financial analysis projects, develop forecasts and models to guide business planning, and provide actionable insights to leadership. You'll be instrumental in helping the organization optimize financial performance and drive informed decision-making at every level.

Core Duties

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on business operations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries for management review
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
• Support the annual budget cycle and strategic financial planning processes
• Analyze costs across departments and recommend cost management strategies
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and automated reporting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, accounting, and business units to gather requirements and deliver actionable analysis
• Document assumptions, methodologies, and findings clearly for stakeholder communication

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Proficiency with financial reporting software and business intelligence tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies
