This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, lead complex technology implementations, and mentor team members in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
We're looking for a self-motivated professional with a passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering innovative solutions. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with executive-level stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple development projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of project management processes and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new client partnerships
- Work directly with customers to assist in software deployment and implementation
- Set clear expectations, manage team performance, and foster high morale among project team members
- Interact effectively with executive-level clients and serve as a customer advocate
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to team members, supporting their professional development
- Evaluate software usage and make strategic recommendations for optimization
- Support the sales team during the sales process as needed
- Respond promptly to client requests and ensure customer success
- Travel as required for client meetings and project implementations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum four (4) years of project management experience in a professional environment
- Proven track record leading complex, corporate-wide technology projects
- Experience managing diverse and multifaceted technology implementations
- Strong knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Mentoring or leadership experience with technical teams
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, conflict management, and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with web applications and internet technology
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, client-services entrepreneurial environment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to success
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in public safety or security sectors strongly preferred
- Located in the United States
