Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all fitness facility areas including workout floors, locker rooms, studios, and common spaces
• Sanitize and disinfect exercise equipment, benches, and member-contact surfaces according to established protocols
• Empty and replace waste containers and maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies
• Respond promptly to facility needs and coordinate with team members to address maintenance concerns
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any facility issues to management
• Support the member experience by upholding the cleanliness standards Equinox is known for
