As a Personal Support Assistant at Dungarvin in Louisville, you'll deliver person-centered care in one of Kentucky's leading health care organizations. This role combines hands-on support with empathy, working directly with individuals who depend on your assistance to navigate daily life. You'll be the reliable presence that helps people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs
• Help prepare meals and support nutritional goals according to care plans
• Provide reminders and support for medications and medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe, clean living environments
• Offer companionship and emotional support as part of holistic care
• Report on individual progress and concerns to supervisors and care coordinators
• Respect individual preferences, cultural values, and choices in all interactions

• Physical capability to assist with activities of daily living safely
• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen attentively
• Flexibility and comfort working independently in dynamic situations
