Recruiter, Early Talent Programs – Claude Corps (Contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization in their search for experienced Recruiters to support a high-impact early talent fellowship program. This is a 6-month contract role (full-time, approximately 40 hours/week) based remotely in the United States.

Our client is partnering with a leading AI company to launch an ambitious workforce development initiative. During two intensive recruiting waves, you'll help select inaugural cohorts by evaluating thousands of applications and conducting hundreds of interviews within compressed timelines. This isn't high-volume processing—every decision shapes program quality, credibility, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Review applications against defined eligibility and selection criteria
• Conduct structured 30-minute interviews assessing motivation, learning agility, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and mission alignment
• Make timely, evidence-based recommendations about candidate advancement to final rounds
• Score candidates using shared competency rubrics and participate in regular calibration sessions
• Maintain accurate candidate records, scorecards, dispositions, and stage changes in the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Meet daily and weekly screening targets while delivering clear, respectful candidate experiences
• Identify funnel trends, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to strengthen interview questions and selection processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience recruiting early-career talent through university recruiting, campus hiring, fellowship selection, high-volume entry-level hiring, or similar programs
• Track record conducting structured interviews and making consistent decisions across large candidate pools
• Strong judgment evaluating potential across diverse educational, professional, military, and community backgrounds
• Ability to manage significant volume, tight deadlines, and detailed documentation without compromising quality
• Comfort working from structured rubrics, participating in calibration, and adjusting based on feedback and data
• Strong ATS discipline; Greenhouse experience preferred
• Commitment to equitable selection practices and expanding access to early-career opportunities
• Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency while keeping human judgment central to hiring decisions

Pay
