Litigation Specialist – AI Trainer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential organization in the legal technology sector that is seeking a Litigation Specialist - AI Trainer based in France. This is a remote contract role requiring approximately 10 hours of commitment, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced litigation lawyers to contribute to cutting-edge AI evaluation work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI language model outputs by running identical prompts across multiple platforms
• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated responses
• Score responses against standardized evaluation rubrics
• Provide concise written feedback for each assessment
• Work independently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout all evaluation work

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of law firm experience, with 3+ years preferred
• Primary practice area in litigation, disputes, or contentious matters
• Qualified to practise law in France (avocat/e)
• Strong command of French litigation and procedural law
• Native or fluent French language proficiency
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to precision
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow detailed evaluation criteria
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently

Compensation

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $150–$160 USD per hour

This is a contract position with approximately 10 hours of weekly commitment. All work is covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
