About This Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers at our Mayodan Domino's location. You'll handle a high volume of inquiries and orders while maintaining the friendly, efficient service our customers expect. This role combines front-line customer interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination to keep our operation running smoothly. Working full-time, you'll develop valuable skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and fast-paced service delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and take food orders accurately and courteously
• Process customer payments and manage cash transactions securely
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Communicate orders and special requests to kitchen and delivery teams
• Input order information into our point-of-sale system
• Welcome walk-in customers and assist with their selections
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience in retail, food service, or similar field
• Comfort handling cash and payment processing
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems quickly
• Problem-solving mindset and patience when addressing customer concerns
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality record
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 16 years old
