Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – eines etablierten Finanzinstituts in der Region Karlsruhe – einen Kundenberater (m/w/d) für die Filiale Grünwettersbach mit einem Arbeitszeitumfang von 50%.
In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit zwei weiteren Kolleginnen zusammen und betreuen Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort in allen Finanzfragen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kundenkontaktmanagement und ganzheitliche Betreuung für zugeordnete Kunden
- Eigenverantwortliche Beratung im Rahmen eines strukturierten Finanzkonzepts unter Einbindung von Spezialisten (Versicherungen, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Wertpapiergeschäft, Bausparen)
- Aktive Beratung in den Kernkompetenzfeldern Service und Liquidität, Absicherung der Lebensrisiken, Altersvorsorge sowie Vermögensbildung und -strukturierung
- Durchführung von Anbahnungsgesprächen in der privaten Baufinanzierung
- Pflege und Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden
