Assistant Manager – 2910 East Dupont Road

Domino's is looking for an Assistant Manager to operate our Fort Wayne location at 2910 East Dupont Road. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone with restaurant or retail supervisory experience who's ready to lead a delivery-focused team.

What This Role Involves

You'll step into a hands-on management position where you oversee store operations, guide team performance, and directly support the General Manager. Every day involves working across multiple departments—coordinating delivery drivers, quality-checking food preparation, managing customer interactions, and developing your team's capabilities. You'll see how a successful restaurant operates while building the operational and people-management skills needed for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations during scheduled shifts, including staff scheduling and task delegation
• Train, supervise, and support drivers, production staff, and customer service team members
• Maintain consistent food quality, order accuracy, and delivery service standards
• Track and manage inventory, food costs, and supply ordering
• Address customer concerns and handle problem resolution
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the facility
• Participate in staffing, timekeeping, and payroll coordination
• Support marketing efforts and sales-driving initiatives

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role within food service, retail, or hospitality
• Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort delegating work
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance record and dependable work ethic
• Comfort with basic accounting, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
• Physical ability to stand, move, and perform light lifting during shifts
