Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology (Data, ML & AI)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital healthcare organization in Germany that is investing heavily in their technology capabilities. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Data, Machine Learning, and AI functions for a 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension.

This remote position offers the chance to build high-impact technical teams within an innovative, data-driven environment. You'll work autonomously while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across multiple technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Data, Machine Learning, and AI positions across Germany and wider European markets
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions
• Manage multiple concurrent vacancies spanning mid-level through leadership roles
• Deploy creative and strategic sourcing techniques to identify outstanding Data and AI talent
• Build proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
• Deliver seamless, high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
• Leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and decisions
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes while supporting ambitious technology growth objectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end technology recruitment in-house or through RPO/embedded models
• Proven track record recruiting Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI professionals
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with confidence partnering across multiple hiring manager relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment autonomously across high-volume technical portfolios
• Excellent sourcing skills across both active and passive talent markets
• Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness and passion for exceptional candidate experiences
• Fluent English communication skills (German language not required)
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift quickly
• Experience with hybrid/remote recruitment processes
