Recruitment Sourcer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming organization that maintains exceptionally high standards for talent acquisition. Our client operates with lean, high-performing teams and needs a skilled Recruitment Sourcer to expand their pipeline of gaming and technical professionals across European and CIS markets.

This is a remote contract position focused on research, candidate identification, and pipeline development. You'll work closely with internal recruiters to deliver high-quality candidate profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing automation platforms, and market research tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research qualified candidates across Europe and CIS regions for gaming and technical roles
• Develop and maintain detailed sourcing plans and progress reports for each assigned position
• Create high-quality candidate profile lists that meet specific role requirements
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines based on recruiter assignments
• Monitor talent market availability and concentration for relevant positions
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand evolving role needs
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, sourcing challenges, and market intelligence

What We're Looking For

• One or more years of experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets
• Background in technical or gaming recruitment sourcing is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter including projects, filters, and advanced search functionality
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing results consistently
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective internal communication
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and progress clearly
• Current knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools
• Knowledge of additional CIS languages is a strong advantage

Contract Details

This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The position is fully remote with flexible working hours, though you'll need to be available for pre-agreed meetings. Performance will be measured through output-based KPIs that vary depending on role complexity and volume. Software tools will be provided, but you'll need your own computer.
